Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management.
• 10+ years of progressive utility distribution design or electric utility construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people and team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage resources, resolve conflicts, and build a high-performing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scale an engineering team with capacity and pipeline forecasting aligned to client needs.
• Advocate for clients and maintain customer-centric relationships with designated utility clients.
• Oversee operations, resource coordination and financial management.
• Provide technical oversight on client construction standards, regulatory codes, and engineering tools.
• Lead people development, onboarding, and continuous process improvements.
