Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Distribution System Fundamentals course preferred.
• Completion of AC/DC course or two years of AC/DC principles experience preferred.
• One year of utility distribution experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and analyzes reported distribution system problems and dispatches field personnel.
• Acts as control authority for the entire distribution system.
• Maintains communication daily with operations and construction teams; manages radio, phone, Outlook, Teams.
• Learn proprietary software used in the Distribution Operations Center.
• Handles high stress situations and long hours with a positive attitude.
