Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or coordinator role.
• Customer-facing experience in shipping and transportation coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn warehouse POS and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistics and communicate with carriers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, shipping labels, and international paperwork.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving, cycle counts, packing, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Complete computer-based data entry related to shipping, inventory, planning, and KPI tracking.
• Support order quality control processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in 5S initiatives, kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to support daily operational goals.
