Responsibilities

• Maintain organized records of shipments and returns
• Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information, take orders, and address complaints

What You Can Expect

This position is responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping functions of the Distribution Center/Team. It encompasses supporting inventory accuracy to and from customers, suppliers, and distributors.

Assists and maintains a fluid workflow throughout the many facets of Distributor Services. It encompasses surgical set-assembly, processing inventory returns, answering telephones, maintaining a loaner system, answering customer inquiries, and various shipping and receiving functions.

Your Background

• High School diploma (equivalent) required with 2+ years of experience in customer service, inventory, or distribution warehouse environment. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Ability to effectively function in a fast pace working environment.

• Must be physically able to lift and/or move 30lbs.

• Must be physically able to stand for 45-minutes at a time.

Travel Expectations

• 0-10%

This role has a pay range of $20-24/hr
