Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews surgery scheduler, ensuring all scheduled cases are delivered on time.
• Assigns routes for Warehouse Drivers for deliveries and retrievals of equipment.
• Reviews all routes for productivity and efficiency.
• Manages retrieval of equipment based on information from sales force.
• Utilizes patterns for availability of equipment from accounts.
• Assigns supportive tasks when a route is pending.
• Reports and suggests solutions for shortages or difficult movement of product.
• Coordinates with pods to ensure cases are available for delivery.
• Provides follow-up to pod members for retrieval equipment and return timeframe.
• Communicates and provides a detailed report of retrieval information to Inbound Coordinator.
• Aids distribution manager with paperwork and reviews for accuracy.

What You Can Expect

Coordinates all movement of incoming and outgoing product. Manages the routes of all Field Technicians, coordinates deliveries with internal personnel and the retrieval of equipment to be picked up with the sales representatives at our facilities. The Dispactcher is critical in the overall workflow of the day for all departments. This dispatcher uses all necessary tools available such as the surgery scheduler, the GPS system for the vehicles, and reviews current traffic reports to ensure efficiency throuhgout the workday.

• Assigns routes for the Warehouse Drivers for all deliveries and retrievals of equipment.
• Reviews all routes for productivity and efficiency.
• Manages the retrieval of equipment based on information from the sales force ensuring all equipment is retrieved within the expectations given by management.
• Utilizes previous patterns for the availability of equipment from accounts.
• Assigns supportive tasks when a route is pending.
• Reports and suggests solutions to manager for all shortages or difficult movement of product.
• Coordinates with all pods to ensure cases are available to be delivered.
• Provides follow up to pod members for retrieval equipment and expected time frame of return.
• Communicates and provides a detailed report of retrieval information to Inbound Coordinator.
• Aids distribution manager with paperwork requirements and reviews for accuracy.

Your Background

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years experience required, preferably utilizing computers, GPS, and routing tools. Routing experience highly preferred.
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.

Expected Compensation Range

$51,000 - $65,000

Travel Expectations

• 5%
