Job summary

ICONMA is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for a Medical Devices/Healthcare client in Englewood, CO. You will work with warehouse teams to receive, inspect, replenish, and ship surgical instrumentation and implants with meticulous inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include packaging for shipment, preparing shipping documents, receiving trays, restocking inventory, verifying part numbers, compiling data, and assisting with cycle counts while complying with FDA/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year distribution or inventory control experience helpful.
• MS Office skills and general computer operation are helpful.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and restock surgical instrumentation and implants in a high-volume warehouse.
• Package products securely for shipment and prepare accurate shipping documents.
• Verify part numbers and lot numbers against orders and pack slips.
• Maintain electronic inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

Job description

Our client, a Medical Devices/Healthcare company, is looking for a Distribution Coordinator for their Englewood, CO location.

Responsibilities:

• The Distribution Coordinator works with various teams in the warehouse to receive, inspect, replenish, and/or ship surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities with impeccable attention to detail while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Package products and materials ensuring contents are protected adequately for shipment.
• Accurately prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including accurate addresses, and ensure that shipments contain the correct inventory
• Receive incoming surgical trays, inspect instruments and implants, and restock inventory based on usage
• Compare part numbers, lot numbers, and other information listed on the Pack Slip to verify accuracy of purchase order and shipping orders.
• Compile data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, to maintain electronic record.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory when necessary
• Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year(s) related distribution or inventory control experience and/or training helpful
• MS Office skills and general computer operation very helpful
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to achieve desired results independently
• Aptitude for analyzing situations and resolving problems preferred

• Physical Demands:
