Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Distribution Coordinator - Shipping - Logistics to partner with warehouse teams to receive, inspect, replenish, and ship surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities with meticulous inventory accuracy and reliable on-time delivery.

You will package products, prepare shipping paperwork, verify part numbers, restock inventory, and support cycle counts while complying with FDA/ISO 13485 standards. Lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year distribution or inventory control experience and/or training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Aptitude for analyzing situations and resolving problems.

Responsabilidades

• Package product and materials for shipment with protection.
• Prepare shipping documentation with correct addresses and inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and restock inventory; verify against pack slips.
• Compare part numbers, lot numbers, and PO/shipping details for accuracy.
• Compile data from PO, invoices, and requisitions to maintain records.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory.
• Adhere to FDA/state regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

What You Can Expect

Break into Medical Device in the role of Distribution Coordinator -Shipping -Logistics! You will partner with various teams in the warehouse to receive, inspect, replenish, and/or ship surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities with impeccable attention to detail while maintaining inventory accuracy and successful delivery

How You'll Create Impact

• Package product and materials ensuring contents are protected adequately for shipment.
• Accurately prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including accurate addresses, and ensure that shipments contain the correct inventory
• Receive incoming surgical trays, inspect instruments and implants, and restock inventory based on usageCompare part numbers, lot numbers, and other information listed on the Pack Slip to verify accuracy of purchase order and shipping orders.
• Compile data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, to maintain electronic record.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory when necessary
• Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Compensation Data

$22 per hour + Opportunity to earn up to a 10% quartlery bonus based on performance and established metrics.
