Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Command Center Operator to effectively control the flow of the distribution center by analyzing and utilizing the latest technologies to drive decisions. You will assess workflow demand, service levels, and labor resources in partnership with operations to boost productivity.

2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am, pay $21.60 + $1.00/hr. You will analyze data, coordinate inbound/outbound receiving and shipping, identify issues, and lead plans to meet daily

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years in manufacturing/distribution preferred.
Ability to handle potentially stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze data, workflow and demand to support decisions for overall building flow.
Using building technology systems, evaluate current conditions versus expectations to control flow.
Coordinate and lead inbound and outbound receiving/shipping operations to meet service levels and daily goals.
Identify hardware, software, or operational issues in real time and drive resolution with operations and maintenance teams.
Identify improvements for operational building flow and drive implementation with leadership.
