Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations to handle tasks in warehouses, optimize storage and material flows, and manage inventory and shipments. The role requires operating equipment and adhering to SOPs on the Fort Worth Oak Grove Facility.

You will work on the 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST with potential overtime or weekends; a High School Diploma and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• 2nd shift schedule: Mon-Fri 11:00AM-8:00PM CST (overtime/weekends possible).
• Work Location: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX (Oak Grove).
• Relocation/Sponsorship: None.

Responsibilities

• Handle manual or operational tasks within warehouses and distribution centers to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Optimize storage space and material flows while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and coordinate shipments.
• Operate equipment, which may require certification.
• Follow established procedures with minimal decision-making authority.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain accurate and complete documentation.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and reliability in all tasks.
• Complete all required training and contribute to compliance and continuous improvement.
• Perform tasks according to procedures for efficient business operations.
