Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate for our Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX, on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). The role centers on audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across processing and support areas, including chargebacks and vendor error capture.

As a teammate, you will verify MHE label application, audit outbound totes, carton audits, trailer audits, OSO packets, and store transfers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull & lift cartons/bins up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Must feel comfortable reporting errors to department Supervisor (interact & defend position).
Proficient in WMS, PMMS.

Responsibilities

Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards.
Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy.
Completes carton audits at shipping to identify correct pallet placement & store location.
Complete trailer audits.
Audit OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is being provided to Receiving. Audit back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location. Audit store to store transfers to ensure correct product is being transferred.
Search building for vendor compliance issues.
Other audits & duties as assigned.
