Job summary

Save A Lot in Winchester, KY is seeking a Distribution Clerk to support the Distribution Management Team with daily shipping and receiving operations. You will maintain records for shipments and orders to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with distribution or warehouse systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify, input, and maintain records on shipments.
• Dispatch daily outbound/inbound trucks.
• Print invoices for outbound drivers.
• Release orders to Vocollect system.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process credits and vendor inquiries with DC management.
• Review out-of-stocks and backfill orders.
• Organize and file inbound/outbound documentation.
• Adhere to policies and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
