Responsibilities

• Verify, input, and maintain records on incoming/outbound shipments.
• Dispatch daily outbound/inbound trucks.
• Print invoices for outbound drivers.
• Release orders to Vocollect system.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers on distribution items.
• Support management with credits and vendor inquiries.
• Review out-of-stocks and generate reprocess cases for backfilled orders.
• Organize and file documentation for shipments.
• Adhere to company policies and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
