Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator. You will safely operate PIT equipment, pick and move product, and use RF scanners and voice systems.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and can stand/walk for long periods, with a strong commitment to safety. Training for PIT certification is provided; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk, heights up to 30 ft).
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems or readiness to learn.
• Regular and reliable attendance; safety PPE rules followed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems daily.
• Build and label pallets, maintain inventory integrity and quality.
