Ferguson is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, TN. This role focuses on safe, accurate picking and stocking in a fast-paced distribution center. Prior warehouse experience and ability to operate RF scanners are preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits after 30 days, and a path to PIT certification.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and compliance with safety policies. Overtime may be available to meet business needs.

• Willing to work overtime with varying shifts.
• Experience with RF/voice systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following SOPs for assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE and fall-protection when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.

Ferguson is currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule

1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a 6:30 AM or 8:00 AM start time, depending on job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Pay Range

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
