Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Lebanon, TN, is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to join our distribution center team. You will safely operate powered industrial equipment, accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations while following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-ups, reach trucks) preferred
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking long periods, heights up to 30 feet
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson safety rules
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and move product to assigned locations
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems daily
• Build and wrap pallets to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality and safety at all times
• Communicate effectively with team and support a team environment
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Follow PPE and fall-protection requirements as needed
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns or improvement ideas
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and assist with other duties

Ferguson is currently seeking 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals interested in warehouse, shipping, or receiving who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule

3rd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00PM start time.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift differential

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred {Note: Adjust as needed based on level of role. For example, 3+ years of experience}
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs , standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet , and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
