For example, 3+ years of experience}* Experience operating **powered industrial equipment** (stand‐up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred* Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including **lifting up to** ****5**0 lbs**, standing/walking for extended periods, working at **heights up to** ****30** feet**, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)* Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems* **Regular and reliable attendance** and ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to **following all** **safety policies** and PPE requirements**Responsibilities*** Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures* Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations* Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems* Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity* Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas* Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‐oriented work environment* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts* Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‐protection equipment when required* Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‐employment drug screening and background check.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
