Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will operate a stand‑up forklift, pick and pack orders, and use RF devices to sort and prepare shipments. You will also receive, verify, and stock incoming material while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly. Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Position Details

Schedule | Monday - Friday 1:00pm – 9:30pm plus overtime as needed.

Pay Rate | Starting at $22/hour and may be higher based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$20.02 - $30.03

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
