Job summary

CFS Brands in Oklahoma City is hiring a Distribution Center Team Lead to guide a team of hourly associates and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently.

You will supervise and train staff, coordinate with other departments to hit KPI targets, and act as the SME for Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP; schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; headquarters in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Train team and coordinate with other departments to meet KPIs.
• Serve as SME for Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP.
• Ensure inventory integrity through receipts, movements, and counts.
