Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in a distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple departments in the distribution center.
• Provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Trains associates and provides tools/equipment to ensure safe, efficient completion of tasks.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance distribution center performance and inventory management.
