Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead to supervise a small team and manage daily warehouse operations from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. You will focus on safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient material handling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a small team in the Distribution Center.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound processes and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure safety and a safe work environment and address safety concerns.
• Oversee department in the absence of Supervisors.
• Ensure all department functions and processes are understood and followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and security of the Distribution Center.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Complete duties as assigned by management.
