Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead in Carrollton, TX to supervise a small team and manage day-to-day distribution center tasks. You will oversee safety, scheduling, inbound/outbound processes and ensure accurate inventory control.

In this role, you will lead training, coordinate with supervisors, and step in during absences while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• High School or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and supervise daily workflow in the distribution center.
• Support delivery scheduling, inbound/outbound processes, and safety.
• Oversee department activities in absence of supervisors.
• Know all department functions and processes.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment and inventory.
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Ensure tasks are correctly assigned and completed.
• Assist in maintenance and security of the distribution center.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
