Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in Ohio to guide daily work, train staff, and keep productivity and quality at target levels. You will supervise assignments, troubleshoot equipment, and support the floor team to maintain a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The role requires 2+ years DC experience, strong communication, and basic math skills. On-site position with responsibility across the distribution center and ongoing training on systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of Distribution Center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support supervisor to organize, motivate and train associates.
• Direct daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution center.
• Oversee operations and associate activities in supervisor absence.
• Ensure productivity standards by communicating KPIs to team.
• Direct equipment use and troubleshoot problems as needed.
• Perform tasks to maintain daily productivity and quality goals.
• Support open communication and provide constructive feedback to associates.
• Assist floor supervisor/manager in performance and development of direct reports.
