Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to manage the RaceTrac Distribution Center and oversee staff, processes, and inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will lead DC leads, auditors, and associates to ensure efficient receiving, auditing, and order fulfillment for RaceTrac stores.

Key responsibilities include hiring and coaching, supervising daily operations across inbound/outbound shipments, and maintaining product integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Access required.
• Preferred degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other business related field from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; frequently reach up to 72 inches; operate pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including varying start/finish times, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight into distribution and warehouse management.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and supervise DC leads, auditors, and associates.
• Lead and develop direct reports; ensure alignment with warehouse goals.
• Oversee inbound/outbound inventories and ensure documentation.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, security measures per RaceTrac and guidelines.
