Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a busy Chattanooga distribution center. The role involves organizing shifts, coaching staff, and adapting to volume or staffing changes to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution, strong communication, and practical problem-solving skills. WMS experience and automation familiarity are preferred for this role.
