The role requires 4+ years in operations or logistics and 1+ year in leadership, with experience in multi-shift environments. You will drive the daily plan, coach teams, ensure safety, and push process improvements to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in operations or logistics required.
• 1+ years of experience at a leadership level with similar responsibilities expected.
• Experience in a multi-channel, multi-shift, high-volume distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily/weekly plan for a distribution center area and communicate clearly with the team.
• Maintain safe work environment with adherence to safety initiatives and audits.
• Coach and develop associates, address performance issues with HR involvement as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve accuracy, efficiency, and productivity while meeting KPIs.
