Job summary

CFS Brands is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Ellabell, GA. The role leads daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping, with focus on accuracy and on-time customer order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, a strong safety mindset, and experience with Tier One WMS and Blue Yonder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in warehouse packing or logistics operations.
• Lead or supervisory experience leading teams of 20+ hourly associates.
• Strong safety mindset with experience enforcing safety protocols.
• Tier One WMS experience; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center activities including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Monitor workflow and labor allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and process issues.
• Assist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Schedule staffing levels based on operational demands.
• Address employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures in partnership with the Safety Manager.

Location: Ellabell, GA

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 1 am

About The Role

The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role oversees receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and employee performance while helping establish processes, procedures, and best practices that support growth, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in an evolving environment, drives accountability, and continuously improves operational performance.

• Strong safety mindset with proven experience enforcing safety protocols in receiving or warehouse operations.
• Tier One WMS experience required; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities.
