Job summary

CFS Brands' Savannah Distribution Center in Ellabell, GA is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Distribution Center Manager and department managers with daily administrative tasks and operational documentation.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with managers, employees, carriers, vendors and other departments to keep distribution center operations running smoothly in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, operations, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience supporting managers or working in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Distribution Center Manager and department managers.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, schedules, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas or notes, and track follow-up items.
• Enter and update information in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Assist with audits, compliance requests, and startup-related process improvements.
