Movado Group, Inc. seeks a Distribution Center Quality & Safety Manager to strengthen quality assurance, operational compliance, and workplace safety at the Moonachie Distribution Center.

You will own inspections, drive corrective actions, and lead safety programs with cross-functional partners to improve processes and product handling. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, systemic issue identification, and collaboration with distribution leadership to sustain improvements and prevent safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in distribution/warehousing quality/EHS/compliance.
• Experience leading audits of processes, quality, safety, and compliance regimes.
• Ability to lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, with strong documentation.

Responsabilités

• Audit DC processes and documentation for quality/safety compliance.
• Identify nonconformances and assign corrective actions to owners.
• Lead investigations to determine root causes and verify effectiveness of actions.
• Maintain QMS, audit records, and training materials.
• Act as DC lead for EHS programs and continuous improvement.
