Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Process Improvement Leader in the Mount Crawford, VA area to drive Walmart Performance System (WPS) initiatives within a Distribution Center. The role focuses on eliminating losses, improving performance, and developing associate and leadership capability in alignment with Walmart’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2 years of process improvement experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center.
• Delivers KPI analysis and creates standard work to reduce process variation.
• Assists with review and response of process improvement projects owned by area managers.
• Applies new WPS playbooks and provides input to improvement teams.
• Supports deployment of the WPS program methodology and top losses project execution.
