Job summary

New Balance in Nashville, TN is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to perform all distribution center functions with safety as the priority to ensure the highest quality for customers worldwide.

You will safely operate powered equipment including sit-down or stand-up forklifts, perform pick/pack/ship duties, process returns, and organize inventory. Strong English, reliable attendance, and ability to work 8+ hours on concrete are required.

Qualifications

• Operate lift equipment up to 40 feet.
• Good communication skills in English; ability to read numbers/letters.
• Stable work history and dependable performance.
• Proficient with RF scanners or WMS workstation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) safely.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders; process returns/exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors.
• Inspect shipments for damage and record discrepancies.
• Replenish warehouse shelves and manage inventory.
