Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR to optimize inventory flow and service outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with accountability and adherence to standards.
• Ensure effective workforce management during peak order volume periods.
