Job summary

TAPCO in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, seeks a Distribution Center (DC) Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, outbound activities and inventory control.

You will bridge upper management and floor staff, balance labor with targets, monitor metrics, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure orders are processed safely and on schedule. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in DC leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of progressive leadership experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
• Strong transportation knowledge and data analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound/outbound logistics operations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Monitor order picking accuracy and packing standards.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Enforce OSHA and safety protocols.
• Track employee productivity and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data in WSMS/ERP systems.
• Resolve delivery delays and inventory discrepancies.
