Job summary

TAPCO is hiring a DC Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee inbound/outbound activities, coordinate staffing, and ensure accuracy in picking and packing while maintaining safety and continuous process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in a distribution setting, with strong transportation knowledge and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of progressive leadership experience in distribution/warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and data analytics.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Monitor order picking accuracy and packing standards.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Enforce OSHA and site safety protocols.
• Track productivity and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate data in the WMS.
• Resolve delivery delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate routine maintenance for equipment.
• Train staff in procedures and equipment.
• Stay aligned with DC manager on emails and projects.
