TAPCO in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, seeks a Distribution Center (DC) Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, outbound activities and inventory control.

The Distribution Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless workflows. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role coordinates shipping, receiving, outbound operations and inventory management. The supervisor acts as a critical link between upper management and floor staff, balancing labor allocation with corporate targets. By monitoring key metrics and resolving operational bottlenecks, they guarantee that internal and external customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. This position requires at least two years of progressive leadership experience within a distribution center or manufacturing warehouse setting. Applicants must possess strong transportation knowledge, advanced proficiency in warehouse management software, and data analytics.
