TAPCO is seeking a DC Supervisor in Brown Deer, WI to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The role ensures accurate, safe, and on-schedule order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of progressive leadership experience within a distribution center or manufacturing warehouse setting.
• Strong transportation knowledge, WMS proficiency, and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, outbound operations and inventory management.
• Balance labor allocation with corporate targets and monitor key metrics.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure orders are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
