Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum two years of progressive leadership in a DC or warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, data analytics, and WMS.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Preferred four years of managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Schedule and assign warehouse tasks.
• Monitor order picking accuracy and packing standards.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure OSHA and safety protocols are followed.
• Track employee productivity and KPI metrics.
• Maintain data in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate maintenance for materials handling equipment.
• Train staff in procedures and equipment.
• Communicate with DC manager and align with targets.
