Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Regional Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day RDC activities at the Lancaster, TX site. You will direct shipping, receiving, safety, and performance to meet delivery commitments and quality standards.

You will lead a team, partner with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment and HR to optimize inventory flow and customer service, and drive improvements using KPIs to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Track record of cost reduction and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel, WMS, and TMS with load planning and routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring on-time fulfillment of emergency, rush, and routine customer orders while meeting inventory and service objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR to optimize inventory flow and customer service outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing KPIs and operational metrics to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and adherence to operational standards and procedures.
• Ensure effective workforce management, including timekeeping accuracy, performance management, and successful execution during peak order volume periods.

All about the role

This position will have responsibility for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the Regional Distribution Center. • Strong knowledge of MO - Excell, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including load planning, routing, and shipment optimization while balancing service and cost objectives.
