Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Regional Distribution Center leader to manage day-to-day operations in Lancaster, TX. You will direct shipping, receiving, and safety, ensuring on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Leadership of a diverse team, focus on continuous improvement, and collaboration with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, and HR will drive performance and cost efficiency in a high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain or related field.
• Proven people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of MO - Excell, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including load planning, routing, and shipment optimization while balancing service and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring on-time fulfillment of orders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR to optimize inventory flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs and metrics to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with accountability and engagement.
• Ensure effective workforce management, including timekeeping, performance management, and peak volume execution.
