Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising or leading teams preferred.

• Lead and supervise day-to-day activities of the assigned department.
• Develop talent through hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Drive operational excellence with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor staffing and productivity to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety, accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Foster communication and collaboration across departments.
• Identify waste and drive lean process improvements.
• Provide reports and insights to the DC Leadership Team.
