The Guitar Center Company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily distribution center activities in Brownsburg, IN. This role balances supervision with hands-on work to ensure team performance, efficiency, and safety across inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.

Key duties include planning workflow, training staff, operating equipment, and driving process improvements while maintaining production flow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred in business/logistics.
• 4+ years in warehouse or distribution with leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate workflow to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Work alongside the team during peak periods to maintain flow and address issues in real time.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Evaluate and standardize procedures to improve department efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
