Caterpillar is seeking a Manager, Distribution (1st Shift) for the Clayton, OH Aftermarket Parts Distribution Center. You will lead 20-25 hourly associates, drive safety, efficiency, and service standards while shaping a positive, results-oriented environment.

You will oversee inventory, receiving, storage, and equipment, manage payroll and attendance, and partner with site leadership to optimize throughput. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving to support customer success.
