You will drive operational excellence, coach teams, manage inventory and payroll tasks, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet service levels. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate distribution center teams through coaching, training, and reinforcement to maintain a positive workplace.
• Drive operational excellence by resolving issues and improving productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance through daily safety meetings, mentoring, and enforcing equipment procedures.
• Oversee inventory and equipment management across receiving, storage, and maintenance for efficiency.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and workflow to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
