Fotlinc is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to service forklifts, conveyors and facility systems in a distribution center environment. The role emphasizes safety, repairs, and reliable equipment operation across a single shift.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of maintenance experience, basic electronic knowledge, and the ability to read repair manuals. A four-day work week is offered along with a family-friendly culture and growth opportunities.

Position Summary

Exciting Opportunity + Increased Hourly Rates for Qualified Candidates!! If you are looking for a less stressful role by working in a Distribution Center and Warehouse, this job is for you. We are looking for an experienced maintenance- trained person who has an aptitude for working on fork trucks and other power industrial equipment (PIT). The ideal candidate will be able to perform repairs on conveyor systems, facility equipment, and execute maintenance on equipment throughout the facility. You may have specialized skills in one or more areas, or a specific equipment that would translate to our maintenance needs. Specific Responsibilities

Perform all activies in the safest manner possible. Working safely is an essential behavior.

Observe, dismantle, repair and/or remove defective parts to install replacement parts.

Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. May require the use of hand tools, levels, and straight edges, use of rulers, calipers, micrometers or other measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot failures by examining parts to detect imperfections.

May set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder or other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.

May initiate purchase order for parts and machines.

Perform welding tasks as necessary.

Know and comply with all OSHA and EPA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary training or certification from a technical school or other higher education is a plus.

Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and testing devices.

Basic knowledge of environmental regulations.

Good hand-eye coordination

Ability to read and interpret written instructions and repair manuals

Ability to follow complex instructions and use precision instruments.

May be asked to occasionally work anytime during a 24 hour day for emergency or planned downtime.

Provide own tools if required.

Minimum Job Experience Required

Minimum of 12-18 months of maintenance technician experience. Prior experience in automotive repair is a plus. Related work experience will be accepted in lieu of education requirement.
