Job summary

You will work a night/early schedule and document all service activities in the CMMS, perform preventive maintenance, follow LOTO and Arc Flash requirements, and collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse setting.
• Experience maintaining power equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read service manuals and schematics; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility assets and powered equipment.
• Record parts and labor in the CMMS for inventory and reporting.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, dock equipment, lighting, HVAC, and racking.
• Observe systems for safe operation and communicate findings.
• Follow safety procedures, including LOTO and Arc Flash guidelines.
• Prioritize tasks based on impact and business needs.
