Tractor Supply is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment, facility, and grounds to ensure a safe and productive workplace for team members, vendors, and visitors. The role operates on a shift schedule and requires coordination with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a fast-paced industrial/warehouse maintenance role with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework or on-the-job training in mechanical, electrical, welding, controls, HVAC or plumbing preferred.
• Professional certifications: Any trade/technical certification related to facility maintenance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt professional service to internal customers to ensure assets and safety needs are met.
• Capture time and parts into the CMMS program for inventory and labor reporting.
• Deliver preventative and repair service to facility assets including conveyor systems, power equipment, batteries, dock equipment, racking, lighting and HVAC.
• Observe machine systems for safe operation and communicate repairs.
• Follow vendor procedures and safety protocols (LOTO and Arc Flash).
• Prioritize duties based on impact and business need.
