Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our New York warehouse to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment and facility systems. The role operates on the 12B shift (Saturday to Monday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM EST) to keep operations safe and productive.

Responsibilities include CMMS time/parts entry, preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, batteries, lighting, HVAC, and adherence to LOTO and Arc Flash safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast paced industrial or warehouse environment delivering maintenance service to power equipment (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).
• High school diploma or equivalent; related course work preferred.
• Trade/technical certifications related to facility maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt professional service to internal customers to ensure business needs and safe environment.
• Capture time and parts into the CMMS program for inventory and labor reporting.
• Deliver preventative and repair service to facility assets (conveyor systems, power equipment, batteries, dock, racking, lighting, HVAC).
• Observe machine systems for proper and safe operation and communicate issues.
• Perform service measures per vendor procedures, adhering to safety protocols.
• Prioritize duties based on impact and business need.
• Comply with lock out / tag out (LOTO) and Arc Flash guidelines.
