Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Tech I in Franklin, KY to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment, facilities, and grounds. The role supports a safe, productive work environment for team members, vendors, and visitors.

The position requires at least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. EVAC and PPE protocols apply on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a fast paced industrial or warehouse environment delivering maintenance service to power equipment, consisting of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Able to read and follow service manuals, schematics; basic computer navigation skills.
• Education: high school diploma; additional mechanical/electrical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt professional service to internal customers to ensure assets and safety requirements are met.
• Capture all time and parts into CMMS for inventory and labor reporting.
• Deliver preventative and repair service to assets including conveyor systems, power equipment, batteries, dock equipment, racking, lighting, and HVAC.
• Observe machine systems for safe operation and communicate repairs.
• Follow vendor procedures and safety protocols; prioritize tasks by impact and business need.
