Job summary

Fruit of the Loom, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for its Distribution Center in Kentucky. The role oversees all building, grounds and equipment maintenance, directing maintenance procedures, personnel and budgets to ensure uninterrupted operations.

You will make economic feasibility decisions, plan department activities, monitor work progress and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety compliance and engaging the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, facility and electrical maintenance, including machinery installation, setup and repair.
• Experience with CMMS / EAM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead building, grounds and equipment maintenance and repair activities with supervised staff.
• Set repair and maintenance priorities and allocate resources.
• Plan schedules, deadlines and disseminate policy to the team.
