Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Supervisor to drive success in a complex distribution center in the Memphis area. You will lead daily operations, including warehouse management systems, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and cost control.

You will coach associates, coordinate with maintenance contractors, and ensure a high-performance, union-free environment while delivering measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• 5 years in a distribution environment.
• Experience managing conveyor systems, material handling equipment and PLC controls.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays; willing to relocate if needed.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence across all warehouse areas and WMS operations.
• Oversees facility maintenance, repairs and contractor management.
• Reviews maintenance and production data to optimize costs and safety.
• Promotes a culture of safety and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Coaches and develops Associates, provides feedback and supports merit-based growth.
