Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a DC Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations of a large distribution center. You’ll manage budgeted expenses, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure safety compliance across power equipment and building systems.

The role requires 2–4 years in building and equipment maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a demanding warehouse environment with heat, cold, noise and dust. On-call 24/7 is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of building and material handling equipment maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma, trade/technical preferred.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with heat, cold, noise and dust.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage maintenance operations for the DC facilities.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure safety policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inbound/outbound recycling programs.
• Support equipment life extension and reliability initiatives.
